FELMAUSA Leadership Congratulates Hon Amara Konneh
The President of the Federation of the Liberian
Mandingo Association in the United States of America
(FELMAUSA), Hon. Mohamed S. Bility extends his
sincere gratitude to Liberia’s first minister of the
combined ministries of Planning and Finance; Mr.
Amara Konneh for his recent confirmation on February
09, 2012 as the Minister proper. Maintaining the
trust of the president of Liberia, Madam Ellen
Johnson Sirleaf and working in the best interest of
our country “Liberia” during your tenures at both
the Executive Mansion and the Ministry of Planning,
have earned you this new position; Hon. Bility
added. The president of Felmausa also said that the
diligence, and continue hard work exhibited by Amara
Konneh will continue to see him achieve many
successes despite the opposition from the corners of
his critics as we Liberians continued on the path of
development. It’s my believe therefore; the
president of the federation noted, that these
successes do not
only shine on Mr. Konneh as an individual or his
family, but rather the entire Liberian Mandingo
community in general out which he came.
As you carry out the functions of the ministry, it’s
my hope that the interest of the country will count
most before any other, because making a difference
on the political scene in Liberia means a lot to our
Mandingo community, Hon Bility added. Let me also
point out that I have no doubt in my mind about your
ability to perform the task you have been asked to
do because your resume speaks volume of your
capability which approves the common saying that
people are judged by their past, president Bility
noted.
In his concluding remarks, the
president of the federation, Hon. Mohamed S. Bility
admonished Mr. Amara Konneh to please exert every
means within his reach to make the combined
ministries of Planning and Finance one of the best
among other ministries in Liberia because in his
views, the question of what one can do is now the
key focus of every Liberian. May Allah guide you
through this period of test and provide for you
additional strength and knowledge as you steer the
affairs of the combine ministries of Planning and
Finance. May Allah almighty also bless our community
and continue to improve our togetherness.
