The National Board of Directors shall be the highest
decision-making body of FELMAUSA.
Members of the Board
shall be elected by the various member states.
Representation on the board shall be contingent
upon the size of the membership of each state:
A state of 25 to 100 registered members shall be
entitled to one board member; A state of 101 to
200 registered members shall be entitled to 2
board members
A state with more than 200 registered members
shall be entitled to no more than three (3)
Board members.
D. The
National Board of Directors shall be headed by a
chairman. The chairman shall be elected during
the National Convention and shall hold office
for a period of (2) year.
E.
The National Board of Directors shall consider, approve, or modify
financial and budgetary matters relating to the
work of FELMAUSA.
F.
The National Board of Directors shall meet
quarterly to evaluate progress being made or to
respond to current issues affecting the
community.
G.
The National Board of Directors shall have the
power to impeach the President and other
elected officers for proven misconducts as
defined by the Constitution.
H.
The qualification of the chairman of the
National Board of Director of the organization
shall be no less than associate degree with some
sterling leadership qualities and influence
within our communities. He/She shall be one who
commands the respect of the members of the
organization. He/She must also be in excellent
financial standing as far as due payments and
other organizational obligations are concerned.
He/She shall be a citizen of Liberia and must
be at least 25 years of age.

all conflicts between member States as well as
among
