Lecture:Ali Sylla addresses King Sao Bosso Lecture Series

Ali Sylla, Senior Executive staff Ministry of youth and support  set to address the King Sao Bosso lecture series
 

Ministry of Youth and Sport only psycho-therapist Mr. Ali Sylla will address the King Sao Bosso Lecture Series on September 11, 2010 at ACANA at 2pm.

Mr. Sylla a staunch and founding member of the lecture series has been living in Liberia working with the Ministry of Youth and Sports as a psycho-therapist providing reintegration as well as counseling for war affected children in Liberia.

 

Mr. Ali Sylla has been active in Liberia with other pro social and human developments so as to improve the human resources capacity in Liberia as well as infrastructural developments. In recent times, Mr. Sylla opened a free Library and recreational center in honor of his late father Alhaji Soloman Sillah. The Library and recreational center is meant to provide educational and social enticement for young people in Liberia.

 

With an elongated history of war that has affected Liberia so greatly, one would agree that every contribution to the development of that nation is very essential. A true and patriotic Liberian like Mr. Ali Sillah who has invested his time, money and energy to the development of Liberia cannot be over emphasized.

 

Mr. Ali Sylla, a young and progressive Liberian who just returned to the U.S. to visit with family members, will be addressing the Lecture Series where he will highlight the current political situation in Liberia. Mr. Sylla will also use the occasion to express his intention to the Liberian community in the Diaspora about his intention to contest the representative position in District #1 in Montserrado County.

Mr. Sylla will be the youngest Liberian to address the King Sao Bosso Lecture Series if all goes well. The King Sao Bosso Lecture Series has successfully hosted prominent Liberians like Taiwon Gongloe, Amara Konneh, Charles W. Brumskine and Dr. Agustine Konneh.
