T

o conceptualize the efforts for the progress of our community in Liberia, it is important to look at our challenges in two phases. The events of the past 14 years were the military phase and we are at present in the stage of institution building that will allow us to educate our children so they can be in position to contribute meaningfully to the development and progress of Liberia in general and our community in particular. The aspirations of Felmausa are the cornerstones of the present movement aimed at building institutions that support our objectives.
